Join EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) as an EPBCS Techno-Functional Consultant in Kochi. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS/PCMCS implementations, working on Finance, Workforce, and Capex modules. You will drive enterprise performance management (EPM) transformations, lead technical implementations, and mentor teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
As part of EY’s Technology Consulting team, you will contribute to digital finance transformation initiatives, leveraging Oracle EPBCS cloud, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee technical implementation, integration, and management of EPBCS solutions.
- Write complex business rules and Groovy scripts to enable advanced functionality.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Guide and mentor EPBCS specialists and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement out-of-the-box modules such as Financial Consolidation & Close, Management Reporting, SmartView, Profitability & Cost Management, Account Reconciliation, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Drive data management and integration with source systems and ensure smooth deployment.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and release management processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Finance or related field; Oracle EPBCS certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in customer-facing EPBCS/PCMCS implementation projects.
- Technical Skills: EPBCS Cloud, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, Essbase, SmartView, Data Integration.
- Leadership: Team management, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Travel: Must have a valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
