About the Role
As a Director in FS Business Consulting Risk, you will help financial services clients identify, manage, and monitor business and technology risks. Your work will span banking, capital markets, insurance, and wealth management, providing advisory services in enterprise risk, technology risk, and financial services risk management (FSRM).
You will lead cross-functional teams, client engagements, and strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable value while fostering innovation, collaboration, and risk-aware decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate across EY service lines.
- Contribute to EY thought leadership and represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Lead engagements with clients across IT/ITeS, telecom, manufacturing, retail, consumer products, financial services, insurance, and healthcare sectors.
- Plan and allocate project resources, monitor engagement progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management standards.
- Package project findings into concise, high-quality reports and lead presentations to Audit Committees.
- Mentor and train team members, support learning initiatives, and drive campus recruitment programs.
- Monitor engagement economics, ensure timely billing, and follow up on collections.
