Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Documentation
- Gather and analyze requirements for corporate action events (mandatory, voluntary, and non-financial).
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, and Business Process Models.
- Create process maps using Camunda, Visio, or similar tools.
- Document and configure T24 SC module, diary types, and STP processes for SWIFT messages related to corporate actions.
Implementation & Testing
- Support data migration, system configuration, and T24 implementation.
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Track and resolve defects, ensuring compliance with banking standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as primary point of contact with clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide project status, issue escalation, and risk management.
- Deliver end-user training and ensure smooth adoption of T24 systems.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead project teams and mentor junior resources.
- Foster collaboration, communication, and a quality-focused culture.
- Drive EY-wide people initiatives, promoting a high-performing project team.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8–13 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Tester in Banking & Capital Markets.
- Strong expertise in corporate actions processing (bonus, dividend, rights issue, coupon payments, stock splits, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (latest release) in configuration and testing.
- Strong knowledge of securities back-office operations and digital assets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week from client location (Chennai).
Preferred Skills
- TCCP Certification in T24.
- CFA, FRM, or other relevant financial certifications.
- Knowledge of additional T24 modules (Private Banking, Treasury, Custody).
- Experience with automated testing and defect management tools.
- Exposure to EMEIA banking clients and global financial projects.
