About the Role
As an Associate – FP&A Account Support, you’ll play a key role in delivering financial planning and analysis support to EY’s internal finance function. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring financial data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with EY’s high standards of operational excellence.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate across EY’s AMI (Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure) sectors — including Aerospace, Automotive, Chemicals, Industrial Products, Infrastructure, and Transportation — all while building a career in one of the world’s most trusted professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning and analysis activities for the assigned business unit.
- Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within finance operations.
- Ensure adherence to EY’s internal controls and global reporting standards.
- Provide day-to-day operational and analytical support to finance leadership teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

Qualifications
- Education: B.Com / M.Com (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operational support roles.
- Experience in financial reporting or FP&A functions will be an advantage.
