Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director – EY SaT VME in Noida, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead client engagements in financial modelling, valuation, and corporate finance.
- Build and review complex financial models for compliance, transactions, and corporate strategy.
- Manage and mentor teams in decision support modelling, data modelling, and AI/ML-based solutions.
- Deliver high-quality client reports and insights within budget and deadlines.
- Support business growth by leading client pursuits, thought leadership, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across industries to provide state-of-the-art capital allocation and diagnostic solutions.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and secure repeat business.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Proven expertise in financial modelling (Excel/VBA) and data tools (R, Python, MS Azure).
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, advanced statistics, and financial analytics.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to present complex insights effectively.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex business and capital allocation challenges.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline.
- 12–15 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience in financial model development and review.
- Strong progress towards or completion of CFA, FRM, PRM, or PMP certification.
- Exposure to quantitative management, litigation consulting, private equity, or commercial banking is highly desirable.
