Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and mixed-methods research studies to gather deep customer insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user experience research, employing qualitative and mixed-methods approaches.
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods, interview design, ethnography, and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of UX design principles and practices.
- Ability to break down complex business or design problems into iterative research studies.
- Strong communication skills for articulating research findings and influencing product and design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and remotely on research projects.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in fast-paced and agile environments.
- Conducting cadence-based evaluative research.
- Exposure to wealth management, investments, or banking domains.
- Basic quantitative research skills.
