Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition, curation, and evolution of shared design systems across all digital products.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, motion studies, and other interactive components.
- Present design work and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Maintain Figma libraries, fix bugs, enhance components, and design new patterns aligned with the toolkit.
- Advocate for Accessibility and Inclusive Design practices across all design outputs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and consistency of design patterns.
- Contribute to team development, continuous learning, and high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, UX Design, or equivalent, or certification from a recognized bootcamp.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise, system-level, or design systems roles.
- Expertise in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, Information Architecture, UX Writing, and Prototyping.
- Strong collaboration experience with design teams and cross-functional partners including software engineers.
- Understanding of technical constraints; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven advocacy for Accessibility and Inclusive Design guidelines.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered and human-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying design rationale to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise design systems across large-scale digital platforms.
- Familiarity with advanced UX research methodologies.
