Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs to recruit, engage, and develop junior-level designers.
- Provide subject matter expertise across HR, Recruitment, Design, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively to ensure progress, clarify next steps, and remove barriers.
- Design and deliver onboarding and development workshops for emerging designers.
- Create compelling presentations and program materials for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, program budgets, and compliance with firmwide policies.
- Define, track, and report on program impact using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BFA or BA) in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in user experience, design thinking, design research, or program management.
- Skilled in Behavioral Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Service Design, Data Visualization, Strategy, Psychology, Ethnography, Human-Centered Design, or Systems Thinking.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and related design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, independence, and effective team collaboration.
- Able to assess tradeoffs, resolve problems efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and collaborate with internal domain experts.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean development processes.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects.
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
