Key Responsibilities

As a Resource Management Executive at Deloitte India (Delhi), you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract-to-hire (CTH) lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding of contractors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and finance to ensure contract accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
  • Maintain and update the contract repository, ensuring data integrity and timely access.
  • Prepare detailed contract status reports and summaries for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Handle stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and vendor coordination effectively.
  • Communicate proactively with senior stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and align expectations.
  • Support process improvements within resource management to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in resource management, particularly managing contract-to-hire (CTH) processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with partners, managers, consulting staff, and vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and communicate insights clearly.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to perform well under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to support and collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with vendor management processes and contract lifecycle management.
