🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements for testability.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to design effective test strategies and detailed test plans.
- Create, execute, and manage manual and automated test cases for software applications.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and document issues in test logs.

- 0-2 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Experience working with manual testing and exposure to automated testing tools is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Basic proficiency in SQL queries for data validation during testing.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document test cases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in QA or software testing (ISTQB or equivalent) are a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and SaaS products is advantageous.
