Key Responsibilities
Business Objectives
- Identify, index, and review market potential of project sites at segment and geography level.
- Conduct site inspections, sample presentations, and proposals to convert leads into orders.
- Negotiate, finalize, and execute project site orders as per agreed proposals.
- Monitor project sites regularly to ensure service delivery and warranty compliance.
- Focus on key accounts, products, and target segments to increase market share.
Influencer Development & Retention
- Encourage applicators and influencers to participate in loyalty programs.
- Conduct product awareness sessions and trainings to improve lead conversion ratios.
- Track and report conversion metrics to measure performance.
Reports, Processes & Efficiency
- Prepare and circulate index sheets and other relevant reports within defined timelines.
- Ensure process adherence and proper documentation for site-level and account-specific transactions.
- Reconcile dealer accounts regularly and ensure smooth settlement of payments, including outstanding dues.
Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Retail, Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams for lead sharing and operational support.
- Provide site-specific assistance and coordinate across departments to resolve client issues.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market potential and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Knowledge of home improvement products, project site management, and client relationship building.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
