  • Process accurate and timely end-to-end payroll for Australian clients, covering salaries, allowances, superannuation, PAYG tax, and other statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including Fair Work regulations, Superannuation Guarantee, Single Touch Payroll (STP), and National Employment Standards (NES).
  • Interpret and apply Australian Modern Awards for payroll calculations, pay rates, entitlements, and conditions.
  • Reconcile payroll reports, investigate and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address payroll queries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports and provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Support payroll system implementation, process improvement initiatives, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in year-end payroll activities including payment summaries and statutory filings.
