Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor whistleblower reports received via hotline, email, and web portals.
  • Conduct initial assessments of reported concerns to determine severity and nature.
  • Prepare detailed reports and escalate them to senior management for further review.
  • Generate periodic dashboards and reports for both internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client protocols and confidentiality standards.
  • Support awareness campaigns and training programs on ethical conduct and whistleblower protection.
  • Assist Reporting Managers with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and case handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Experience in customer service, call center operations, or similar roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, plus at least one language from Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, or Malayalam.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable using technology to enhance workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical awareness.
