Key Responsibilities
- Own data requirements and modeling for ESG controller reporting and analytics.
- Develop, maintain, and implement data onboarding and ESG ETL/reporting logic.
- Execute data quality testing and monitor resolution of data quality issues through root-cause analysis.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and project governance forums to manage user stories and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Project Management, ESG Controllers, Corporate Technology, and Financial Control teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Communicate project progress, testing results, and requirements effectively to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in data solutions, data analysis, or Finance/Accounting processes in Banking.
- Proficiency in project management tools: JIRA, Lucid, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Self-starter capable of independent work under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to drive consensus and influence stakeholders.
- Exposure to agile principles and frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience in program or product ownership, especially in Finance or Data functions.
- Prior experience in Finance, Risk, or Operations functions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Cloud platforms, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and data management practices.
