Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-call incident response, including sensitive content escalations and weekend coverage.
- Make rapid policy decisions and drive immediate solutions in high-impact abuse situations.
- Analyze trends in Search and Generative AI abuse, fraud, and content quality issues.
- Use data and insights to improve policy enforcement, product safety, and user trust.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to implement scalable safety solutions.
- Contribute to forward-looking strategies to reduce abuse and increase user safety globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
- Proficient in data analysis and tools such as Python or similar scripting languages.
- Strong experience in content policy, moderation, or customer support operations.
- Comfortable presenting insights to technical teams and senior leadership.

- Deep understanding of geopolitical trends and their digital safety implications.
- Experience working under pressure in high-stakes, ambiguous situations.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
