Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build and back-test statistical models for enterprise workforce planning.
- Translate enterprise-level strategies into department-level operational plans.
- Track utilization, offshoring ratios, hiring metrics, and other KPIs.
- Develop new quantitative metrics for stronger insights and decision-making.
- Partner with corporate functions, IT, and business leaders to identify gaps and drive transformation.
- Lead process reengineering and change management initiatives.
- Manage governance reviews, audits, and enterprise risk assessments.
- Use data visualization techniques to present strategic insights.
- Identify cost optimization and waste reduction opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Collaborate with IT teams on the rollout of corporate systems for process reengineering.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Tier-1 IT services, consulting, automotive, FMCG, or Fortune 500 companies.
- CA qualification is mandatory; advanced degrees in economics or finance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT business operations and financial metrics.
- Expertise in solution modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Proven record of leading organizational change and operational transformation.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and large-scale data handling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
