Key Responsibilities
- Develop business development strategies for South and East regions across technology and public sector domains.
- Identify and engage target clients, leveraging existing relationships to grow business opportunities.
- Promote existing solutions and develop new technology-driven solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead teams to deliver projects on schedule, manage billing, and ensure collection of receivables.
- Maintain strong client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly sales, revenue, and margin targets.
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting career growth and performance excellence.
- Demonstrate thought leadership through publications, industry forums, and speaking engagements.
