Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Project Oversight
- Lead and oversee multiple complex HR transformation projects leveraging SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes within timelines and budget.
- Drive financial budgeting, organize resources, and track engagement spending to meet business goals.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Proactively engage in pre-sales activities, identifying opportunities to expand Deloitte’s footprint in HR transformation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster organic and inorganic growth.
- Represent Deloitte’s SuccessFactors practice at industry events, client meetings, and thought leadership forums.
Solution Innovation & Practice Growth
- Collaborate with practice leaders to develop innovative HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors accelerators.
- Identify market trends and white space opportunities to enhance Deloitte’s HR transformation offerings.
- Mentor and guide teams to adopt best practices in SuccessFactors implementations and change management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Technical Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in HR transformation, SAP SuccessFactors implementation, or related HRIS domains.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects and large client portfolios.
- Expertise in financial budgeting, project planning, and stakeholder management.
Leadership & Business Acumen
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong business development mindset with experience in sales cycle support and proposal creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with CXO-level clients.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications highly desirable.
- Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Agile methodologies a plus.
