Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Security Strategy & Engineering

  • Lead global endpoint security strategy across laptops, mobile, BYOD, and corporate devices.
  • Engineer solutions for endpoint protection, DLP, encryption, and compliance monitoring.
  • Optimize integrations with Defender, Purview, Symantec, CrowdStrike, and other tools.

Platform Integration & Automation

  • Automate device onboarding, compliance validation, and monitoring.
  • Integrate endpoint telemetry with SIEM platforms for enhanced visibility.
  • Build zero-trust, self-healing architectures for secure device management.

Observability & Event Management

  • Ensure real-time observability of device health and threat exposure.
  • Integrate security alerts with incident management pipelines for rapid response.
  • Collaborate with global cybersecurity teams to strengthen investigation workflows.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Enforce device governance through automation and policy enforcement.
  • Support audit readiness across global device fleets.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with IT, mobility, infrastructure, and cyber teams worldwide.
  • Lead a global engineering team driving endpoint protection and compliance.
  • Define and track SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for device health and risk management.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years in endpoint security, device management, or security engineering.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Defender, Purview, Symantec, CrowdStrike, or similar tools.
  • Strong technical background in endpoint protection, mobile security, and compliance.
  • Proven skills in automation, scripting, and observability practices.
  • Experience managing large, global device fleets including BYOD.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of zero-trust security models and EDR platforms.
  • Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Security certifications.
  • Experience integrating telemetry into SIEM and SOAR platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $181,000 – $221,000 (USD)
  • Bonus: Up to 30% performance-based
  • Retirement Contribution: 5% to 10% after 2 years
