Key Responsibilities
As a Director – Procurement Technology, you will:
- Lead procurement technology strategy and transformation projects for global clients.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua).
- Drive digital transformation in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
- Manage large, cross-functional client engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across consulting and technology.
- Deliver procurement analytics, automation, and process optimization solutions.
- Support business growth through thought leadership, proposals, and client acquisition.
- Ensure quality, risk management, and delivery excellence across engagements.
Required Skills & Must-Haves
- Proven experience in procurement technology strategy and transformation.
- Strong expertise in digital procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus).
- Solid background in supply chain consulting, vendor risk management, and sourcing operations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Analytical acumen with the ability to translate procurement data into business insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience managing global transformation projects in procurement and supply chain.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
