Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple complex Oracle consulting engagements and large-scale programs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute innovative business development strategies including proposal writing and client pitching.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire senior managers and associate directors within Oracle program teams.
- Collaborate with partners and executive leadership to drive practice growth and market differentiation.
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations aligned with client business goals and Oracle product capabilities.
- Oversee financial management of projects including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
- Ensure adherence to Deloitte’s quality standards, risk mitigation, and governance policies.
- Act as a thought leader representing Deloitte in the Oracle consulting space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive consulting experience, with strong leadership in Oracle program or product management.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex Oracle technology projects.
- Exceptional client management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Deep domain expertise in Oracle technology, program management, and consulting best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influencing abilities.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding Oracle consulting portfolios.
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or relevant professional certifications in technology or management.
