Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple complex Oracle consulting engagements and large programs, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Develop and execute robust business development strategies, including proposal development and client pitching.
- Mentor and manage senior managers and associate directors to build leadership and team capabilities.
- Collaborate with Deloitte partners and executive leadership to foster practice growth and innovation.
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations aligned with client business goals.
- Oversee project financials such as budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with Deloitte’s quality standards, risk management, and governance policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in consulting with leadership responsibilities, preferably in Oracle program or product management.
- Proven success managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex Oracle projects.
- Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills.
- Deep expertise in Oracle technology, strategy, operations, or related consulting domains.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios.
- Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizational structures is a plus.
