PwC India is seeking a Director – Oracle Fusion Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Consultant to lead and deliver Oracle SCM implementations in Mumbai. This senior role is ideal for professionals with 15+ years of experience, including 3–7 years in Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Inventory, and Order Management. The Director will oversee end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation, configuration, and integration, enabling clients to optimize supply chain operations and achieve digital transformation in procurement, sourcing, and inventory management. This role requires strong ERP expertise, strategic advisory skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.
- Provide functional guidance to the team and collaborate with clients for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with India localization features and regulatory standards.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support supply chain decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project documentation, and team mentoring.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise
- Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Inventory, Order Management.
- Strong Oracle ERP implementation knowledge in the Indian market.
- Proven ability to manage complex supply chain processes and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion BI reporting for SCM.
- Experience with cross-functional ERP integration projects.
- Understanding of procurement and inventory optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or equivalent.
- 15+ years of overall experience, with minimum 3–7 years in Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Prior Oracle EBS ERP SCM implementation experience in India preferred.
