Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP Finance projects, including AP, AR, GL, FA, and Cash Management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with enterprise-wide applications.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance of financial systems.
- Develop financial reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools for enhanced decision-making.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
- Proven track record of implementing Oracle Fusion ERP in the Indian market, including knowledge of India localization features.
- Expertise in ERP configuration, integration, and system optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oracle BI reporting and dashboards.
- Exposure to cross-functional ERP system integration projects.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / MBA (essential).
- 17+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance ERP implementation.
