Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Financial Services practice within Advisory, focusing on growth strategy, cost optimization, market entry, digital transformation, and sales productivity.
- Drive business development by generating consulting opportunities, creating proposals, and converting leads into high-value engagements.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of advisory projects, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying follow-up opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including engagement with C-Suite executives.
- Mentor and manage teams to deliver high-quality consulting outputs on multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and provide strategic recommendations tailored to clients.
- Collaborate with PwC leadership to define and achieve practice growth and engagement targets.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Extensive experience in Financial Services consulting, including Banking, NBFC, Asset Management, and Payments.
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and proposal generation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and BD activities simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the consulting engagement lifecycle.
- Excellent presence, communication, and C-Suite engagement skills.
- Proven team management and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Operations Strategy and Managed Services consulting.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
- Knowledge of market trends, regulatory environment, and emerging technologies in Financial Services.
Qualifications
- MBA from a premier institute (essential).
- 10–15+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Financial Services.
