Key Responsibilities
As a Director – HR Transformation Advisory, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation programs including HR tech strategy, digital initiatives, and process redesign.
- Develop and execute multi-platform HR technology strategies that drive measurable ROI.
- Spearhead HR tech integrations, architecture planning, and data strategy across enterprise systems.
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on optimizing their HR value chain through automation, analytics, and digital operating models.
- Collaborate with industry leaders and client executives to define future-ready HR strategies.
- Lead large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams across complex client landscapes.
- Drive business development, including proposal creation, stakeholder engagement, and solution presentations.
Skills and Core Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Deep hands-on experience in HR transformation consulting and HR technology architecture.
- Knowledge of modern HR tech ecosystems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Expertise in process optimization, HR data management, and integration strategy.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to extract ROI from HR tech investments.
- Proven capability in digital HR strategy, HR analytics, and change management.
- Exceptional client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of total experience with a minimum of 8 years in HR advisory or HR tech consulting.
- Strong exposure to HR domains across Technology/Media/Telecom, Financial Services, Consumer & Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in leadership, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.
