Key Responsibilities
As a Director – Finance Transformation & GBS Strategy, you will:
- Lead global transformation programs across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and shared services
- Advise on operating models for GBS, vendor management, and outsourcing strategy
- Oversee contract governance & negotiations, ensuring compliance and commercial effectiveness
- Develop sourcing strategies and optimize vendor portfolios to drive efficiency
- Collaborate with C-level executives and client leadership on SLA alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence
- Program manage technology-led initiatives, including automation, cloud, supply chain tech, and procurement solutions
- Analyze current processes and recommend strategies for cost optimization, scalability, and digital enablement
- Mentor and lead teams, fostering consulting excellence and knowledge-sharing across regions
- Establish best practices for GBS implementation, outsourcing contracts, and vendor governance frameworks
- Provide strategic insights through benchmarking, research, and market analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MBA or advanced degree preferred (with strong academic track record)
- Experience: 15+ years in consulting, shared services, finance transformation, and vendor management
- Proven expertise in technology-led transformation programs (finance, HR, IT, procurement)
- Hands-on experience in contract management, outsourcing strategy, and global delivery models
- Strong knowledge of finance operations, DevOps/Agile, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities
