Responsibilities
As a Digital CRM Consultant at Hexaware Technologies, you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document CRM requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Work with developers, solution architects, and testers to deliver business-aligned CRM solutions
- Conduct gap analysis between current workflows and future-state CRM processes
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to validate solutions
- Create user stories, process flows, mockups, and wireframes to support development efforts
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with test case design, execution, and defect management
- Recommend improvements to business processes, scalability, and efficiency
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycle
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital CRM Consultant
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (certification mandatory)
- Experience with cloud platforms (cloud certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, business analysis, and CRM implementation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with UAT, gap analysis, and Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics certification (mandatory)
- Cloud certification (preferred – Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
- Strong background in CRM consulting and digital transformation projects
