Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint on-premises (2010 and above) environments.
- Lead SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to SharePoint Online, including content, features, and functionality mapping using Microsoft SPMT or third-party tools like Sharegate.
- Design, build, and manage Nintex on-premises and cloud workflows, including forms (classic and responsive) for SharePoint Online.
- Implement automation using Power Automate and integrate with MS and third-party connectors.
- Write and maintain client-side code using jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and REST APIs to customize SharePoint forms and workflows.
- Create and execute PowerShell scripts for SharePoint Online, using PnP and SPO Management Shell.
- Manage code versioning and deployment using Git within the project development lifecycle.
- Apply DevOps principles to streamline deployment and enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience with SharePoint on-premises versions 2010+ and migrations to SharePoint Online.
- Strong expertise in Nintex Workflow Designer, Nintex cloud workflows, and Nintex forms.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Microsoft/third-party connector integrations.
- Proficient in scripting languages: JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell, and REST API development.
- Familiarity with Git version control and project development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical details clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and migration projects.
- Certification in Microsoft SharePoint or Nintex is an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise content management systems preferred.
