Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise MacOS desktop environments.
- Lead cloud-based MacOS deployments using Intune, DEP, and zero-touch provisioning.
- Automate workflows and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, VB, and Graph APIs.
- Troubleshoot MacOS applications including Teams, OneDrive, OPP, IE/Edge, and Chrome.
- Ensure MacOS security and compliance by implementing baseline policies and security projects.
- Leverage Nexthink and DEX data to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Document processes, solutions, and fixes to maintain operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with global teams, clients, and management to deliver seamless IT services.
- Utilize open-source tools such as Munki, Swift Dialogue, Mist, Installomator for automation.
- Implement MacOS packaging, Launch Daemons/Agents, system extensions, and security logs.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in MacOS desktop management and configuration.
- Expertise with Intune, DEP, Munki, and cloud-based deployment tools.
- Advanced scripting/programming skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, VB, and Graph.
- Strong knowledge of network concepts (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Zscaler, Proxies).
- Understanding of virtualization products and enterprise MacOS tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently during critical situations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Approximately 10 years of experience in MacOS desktop engineering and management.
- Relevant certifications or practical work experience in MacOS IT administration are advantageous.
