Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, configuration, and support of Windows and MacOS desktops across global teams.
• Implement cloud-based and legacy deployment methods, including Autopilot, DEP, Intune, and Jamf.
• Automate and streamline desktop workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Windows and MacOS apps including OPP, IE/Edge, Chrome, Teams, Skype, and OneDrive.
• Administer desktop management tools such as SCCM, GPMC, Intune, Jamf, and ensure system compliance.
• Apply network knowledge (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, PAC Files, Zscaler, Proxies) to maintain seamless desktop operations.
• Support application and machine virtualization technologies across Windows and MacOS.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, clients, and management to deliver IT infrastructure solutions.
• Document processes, resolutions, and fixes to maintain operational knowledge and compliance.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Windows Desktop OS and MacOS desktop management.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, configuration management, and cloud desktop tools.
• Proficient in desktop automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of modern deployment methodologies (Autopilot, DEP) and endpoint management (Intune, Jamf).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across desktop apps and systems.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage crisis situations.
• Understanding of Azure AD, MS cloud services, and desktop compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately 6 years in Windows desktop management and 3 years in MacOS desktop management.
• Certifications or proven work history in desktop engineering or IT infrastructure is a plus.
