Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), you will:
- Lead third-party risk assessments, ISMS audits, and vendor compliance reviews.
- Manage and deliver client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Conduct audits and assessments across people, process, and technology domains.
- Collaborate with client teams including compliance, audit, and regulatory bodies.
- Support managers in RFPs, proposals, and new business opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding and mentoring team members.
- Perform quality reviews of audit documentation and deliverables.
- Independently handle short-term consulting engagements.
Required Skills & Must-Haves
- 6+ years of relevant experience in TPRM, IT audits, or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of third-party/vendor/supplier risk management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ISMS and cloud security assessments.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOX, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage client discussions, audit execution, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech).
- Professional certifications such as: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CBCI, CBCP, ISO 27001 LI/LA, ISO 22301 LI/LA.
- Prior experience in infrastructure/application security, IT audit, and information risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in cross-cultural environments.
