Key Responsibilities

📦 Logistics & Distribution Management

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure smooth material flow
  • Support OEM production lines with timely supply of BOPs, consumables, pallets, and glass
  • Minimize stock-outs and disruptions due to shortages or quality issues

📊 Inventory Control & Cost Optimization

  • Maintain high inventory accuracy (book vs actual)
  • Reduce bad inventory (slow-moving, on hold, old stock) by 25% annually
  • Prepare and control transportation budgets, keeping expenses within limits
  • Monitor and reduce pallet maintenance and forklift costs

🔄 Process Improvement

  • Implement efficient systems for warehouse management and logistics optimization
  • Lead Kaizen, PDCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support digital transformation and logistics automation where possible

👥 Team Development

  • Identify training needs and deliver structured training for staff and new hires
  • Promote multi-skilling, motivation, and development of second-line leadership

🧯 Safety & Compliance

  • Foster a strong culture of 5S, safety, and housekeeping
  • Drive engagement through monthly suggestions, kaizens, and process reviews

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory control
  • Experience working with OEM clients and logistics vendors
  • Proficiency in WMS, SAP, MS Excel, and ERP tools
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong planning and execution skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 8–11 years of experience in logistics and supply chain roles
  • Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred
