Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle EBS Finance, you will:
- Lead and support finance transformation initiatives using Oracle EBS R12.x modules.
- Manage and execute processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Cost Management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, VAT, and Withholding/TDS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and integration.
- Provide expert guidance on finance process improvements and system implementations.
- Act as a mentor and technical lead to junior team members.
- Assist clients with finance module troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
- Participate in workshops, trainings, and presentations for client stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x Finance modules.
- Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash and Cost Management.
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws related to GST, VAT, and Withholding Tax.
- Proven experience in finance system implementations and transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple client priorities.
- Experience in client management and leadership in project delivery.
