Key Responsibilities

SAP HCM Implementation & Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM module implementation and configuration, focusing on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS on SAP Fiori.
• Analyze business requirements and design tailored SAP HCM solutions to optimize HR processes.
• Customize SAP HCM modules to align with organizational needs and compliance standards.
• Manage SAP system integrations and CPI interfaces, ensuring smooth data exchange with other enterprise systems.

Support & Optimization

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues and escalations.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance to maintain system integrity.
• Monitor and optimize SAP HCM system performance and configurations.
• Manage data migration projects including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

Stakeholder Coordination & Documentation

• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align SAP functionalities with business processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Track critical demands and create dashboards using analytical tools to report on progress and system metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6-9 years of proven experience with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS – SAP Fiori).
• Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and SAP HCM best practices.
• Experience with SAP customization, configuration, and problem resolution.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other cloud-based SAP HR solutions.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP CPI interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• SAP HCM/HR certifications and SuccessFactors Employee Central certification are a plus.
• Experience with ABAP debugging is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Background in IT services, manufacturing, retail, banking, or large enterprise sectors.
• Prior work exposure with multinational companies or large consulting firms is highly valued.
