Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding OT SOC services
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss security posture, incidents, and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction

Security Operations

• Monitor OT environments using tools like Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable, CrowdStrike EDR, and SIEM platforms
• Detect, analyze, and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities in real-time
• Implement continuous monitoring and incident response for critical OT systems

Incident Management

• Lead investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery of OT security incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and develop remediation plans
• Deliver incident reports and findings clearly to clients

Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management

• Analyze OT-specific threat intelligence to identify emerging risks
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on industrial systems
• Recommend strategies to strengthen OT security and mitigate vulnerabilities

Collaboration & Training

• Collaborate with IT SOC, engineering, and risk teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage
• Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on OT security best practices
• Stay updated on latest OT security threats, trends, and technologies

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in OT systems: SCADA, DCS, PLC, industrial control networks
• Hands-on experience with OT security monitoring tools and SIEM platforms
• Strong incident response and threat intelligence skills
• Client-facing abilities with excellent communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations
• Relevant certifications: GICSP, CISSP, CISM preferred
• Understanding of cloud and hybrid OT environments is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Security, or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT/ICS security operations
• Ability to lead project delivery teams and define technical scope independently
• Experience in cloud security certifications is a plus

Location & Working Model

• Base location: Bengaluru, with opportunities in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi
• Hybrid work model with occasional client site visits
