Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic treasury initiatives covering cash & liquidity management, FX risk, interest rate risk mitigation, and working capital optimization.
• Provide expert insights on investment management, bank account management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation strategies including hedging.
• Apply strong business diagnostics and analytical problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, and mitigate market risks.
• Ensure compliance with treasury controls, IFRS/IND AS hedge accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks like FEMA and Basel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk management frameworks and enhance treasury operations.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, and treasury management systems (Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, Reval) for data analysis and reporting.
• Manage risk reporting, regulatory submissions, and internal controls related to treasury and market risk.
• Engage effectively with clients and internal teams, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality assignments within tight deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in market risk management, treasury operations, and regulatory risk frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/IND AS hedge accounting, treasury controls, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems like Kyriba, SAP, Quantum, or Reval.
• Experience in Big 4 consulting or global multinational companies is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) are highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused and proactive approach.
