Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture Design

• Lead the design of end-to-end AI architecture including data ingestion, processing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define scalable, performant, and reliable AI architecture patterns and interfaces.

AI Innovation & Technology Evaluation

• Identify AI-driven innovation opportunities to optimize internal processes and create value.
• Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies aligned with business goals.

Model Development & Optimization

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build, optimize, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Implement best practices in model training, validation, and deployment.

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Plan and execute deployment strategies for AI models, including cloud and edge computing environments.

Performance Monitoring & Governance

• Establish monitoring mechanisms for AI model performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production.
• Define governance policies ensuring ethical AI use, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within AI teams.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive AI projects to successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI architectures and solutions.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Apache MXNet.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence technical teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI applications like computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with edge computing and IoT technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices applied to AI development and deployment.
