Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager – FP&A (Anaplan), your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting performance analysis, budgeting, and financial planning for Deloitte South Asia.
  • Preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Leading and assisting in the implementation of strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with PMO and Enabling Area teams to manage annual planning and business projects.
  • Supporting program management office (PMO) efforts by defining KPIs, developing reports, and tracking progress for leadership.
  • Driving execution of One Deloitte initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Partnering with initiative owners to build work plans and support project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
  • Strong expertise in Anaplan for financial planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities.
  • Flexible, result-oriented, and able to go beyond expectations.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier business school.
  • 4–5 years of post-MBA experience in FP&A, PMO, or strategic finance.
  • Prior exposure to professional services, IT/ITES, BFSI, or management consulting preferred.
