Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute statutory audit engagements for diverse clients in line with auditing and accounting standards, following Deloitte’s audit methodology.
• Manage audit assignments individually or collaboratively to ensure seamless coverage of multiple business units.
• Identify audit issues proactively, suggest practical solutions, and escalate to senior managers for resolution.
• Prioritize audit deadlines effectively while responding promptly to client needs and internal requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and internal teams to exceed expectations.
• Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to quality and risk management guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to audit knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with no more than 3 attempts in CA Final.
• Solid knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (Indian GAAP, IFRS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive team player with a result-oriented approach and a high degree of integrity.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple assignments concurrently.

Location & Work Model

• Base Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model (combination of office work and frequent client visits).
• Travel: Regular travel to client sites across locations as required.
