Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager in Deloitte’s Statutory Audit (Audit & Assurance) team, you will:
- Lead and execute external/statutory audit engagements in line with firm methodology and auditing standards.
- Handle assignments independently or in teams, minimizing gaps and overlaps across business units.
- Identify audit issues, recommend solutions, and work with seniors to resolve them.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with not more than 3 attempts in CA Final.
- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under ambiguity.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
