Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI platforms
- Develop and execute IAM policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and privilege management aligned with best security practices
- Oversee cloud security governance including user lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and conditional access configurations
- Use scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and Terraform to manage IAM roles, permissions, and infrastructure as code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure cloud architectures and implement compliance controls
- Drive projects related to cloud security monitoring using tools such as Prisma Cloud and ensure continuous risk mitigation
- Manage client engagements by defining project scope, delivering solutions, and exceeding client expectations
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning in cloud security
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose remediation plans
Essential Skills & Expertise
- Deep expertise in Azure IAM: Azure AD, RBAC roles, tenant and subscription management, policy & conditional access
- Strong experience in AWS IAM: Console & CLI management, JSON scripting, CloudTrail, Access Analyzer, Security Hub integration
- Proficient in Google Cloud IAM: Policy-based access control, principals, roles, permissions, and Google Workspace user management
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM: tenancy, compartments, dynamic groups, instance principals
- Hands-on knowledge of Prisma Cloud for cloud workload protection and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
- Skilled in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure ARM templates
- Strong project management and client communication skills with ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (B.E/B.Tech preferred)
- Cloud certifications such as Azure Security Engineer, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are a plus
Work Location and Travel
- Primary base: Bengaluru, Karnataka (also possible in Hyderabad and Mumbai)
- Hybrid work model with frequent client site visits as per project requirements
