Ideal candidates will bring 2–14 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) along with certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 LA/LI. Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – Cybersecurity & ISMS, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk governance frameworks.
- Lead ISO 27001 ISMS implementation and sustenance projects.
- Conduct cyber risk assessments, gap analysis, and third-party vendor security reviews.
- Perform cybersecurity maturity assessments (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53).
- Guide clients in implementing security controls across IT, OT, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Support PCI DSS assessments, ITGC control testing, and compliance programs.
- Design secure IT/OT architectures, ensure secure SDLC practices, and conduct application security reviews.
- Manage security audits, incident management, identity & access management, backup, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, IRDA, BCAS, NCIIPC).
- Mentor teams, manage projects, and deliver cybersecurity strategy roadmaps.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity, ISMS, GRC, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, ITIL, NIST CSF.
- Knowledge of ITGC testing, IT & OT security audits, and cloud security controls.
- Strong understanding of secure coding, SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage security projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301, PCI QSA, ITIL.
- 2–14 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, risk management, and compliance.
