π§© Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager β Accounting & Reporting, you will:
- Lead projects involving multi-GAAP accounting and reporting, including IFRS, Ind AS, and US GAAP.
- Oversee consolidated financial statements, fund accounting, and regulatory reporting.
- Review and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build domain and technical skills.
- Work hands-on with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, S4 HANA, and MS Dynamics.
- Deliver high-quality client-ready financial reports and dashboards.
- Conduct internal technical training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing assignments.
πΌ Required Skills & Tools
- Expertise in accounting standards: Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics.
- Data visualization knowledge (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) β Mandatory
- Knowledge of global accounting frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in fund reporting, alternative investments, or financial institutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools or preparing management reports.
