Key Responsibilities
As the Access Control & Authentication Deputy Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage CyberArk PAM solutions across client environments.
- Onboard privileged accounts: Domain Admins, App Support, Service & Local Accounts.
- Utilize and manage CyberArk modules: PVWA, CPM, PSM, and custom connectors.
- Address password rotation issues, CPM configuration errors, and automate remediation flows.
- Integrate CyberArk with Windows, UNIX systems, and hybrid cloud setups.
- Use scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation of onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate across IT and security teams for access lifecycle management.
- Maintain detailed documentation: runbooks, onboarding templates, SOPs.
- Manage workflows via ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Ensure compliance with regulations: SOX, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and internal audit controls.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security platform.
- Knowledge of access control architecture for both Windows & UNIX systems.
- Familiar with non-directory joined and hybrid environments.
- Experience working in regulated industries with strict compliance standards.
- Ability to create SQL queries and automate tasks using Excel, PowerShell, or Python.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional IT/security teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- CyberArk components (PVWA, PSM, CPM)
- Scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks: SOX, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
- Prior experience with cloud security environments is a plus.
