🎯 Key Responsibilities

As the Deputy Area Manager – Debt Management – SME, you will:

• 📈 Drive monthly and annual collections targets for SME and unsecured loans.
• 👥 Lead a team of collection officers and field recovery agents across assigned locations.
• 🔄 Allocate cases effectively among team members and ensure daily performance tracking.
• 📊 Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR), recovery status updates, and escalate issues promptly.
• 🧾 Ensure compliance with legal recovery processes, documentation, and case filings.
• 🚗 Oversee repossession operations for vehicle loans and urban NPL wheels segment.
• ⚖️ Handle litigation, legal recovery, and risk mitigation strategies for delinquent accounts.
• 🧠 Mentor and coach direct reports to enhance recovery skills and overall performance.
• 📂 Maintain accurate and up-to-date collection and customer interaction records.
• ✅ Support legal teams in case preparation, repo coordination, and compliance audits.

🧠 Key Skills Required

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• 💼 Hands-on experience in SME loan recovery, unsecured loan collections, or vehicle finance collections.
