Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate software and policy deployments across a global desktop environment.
• Prepare deployment schedules, test communications, and Change Requests in ServiceNow.
• Identify testers, define target audiences, and monitor deployment progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Owners, and cross-functional teams for successful deployments.
• Track and report deployment success using tools like MECM, Intune, and Nexthink.
• Identify and remediate deployment failures in coordination with Packaging, Service Desk, and Product teams.
• Maintain adherence to desktop deployment standards and project timelines.
• Provide timely status updates and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Analytical & Decision-Making Responsibilities

• Ensure deployments meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Apply analytical and systematic approaches to resolve deployment issues efficiently.
• Recommend technical solutions to minimize risks and improve deployment efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving desktop deployment technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in leading small deployment teams.
• Knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure engineering, and functional organizations.
• Excellent project management skills, including task scheduling, tracking global teams, and reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with MECM, Intune, Nexthink, and ServiceNow preferred.
• High attention to detail with strong interpersonal and professional skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and in a global, distributed team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IT or project management experience, including at least 2 years in desktop deployment management.
• Experience in professional services and enterprise IT environments preferred.
• Optional certifications: Microsoft Certified, ITIL Foundation.
