Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Manager (ISMS – ISO 27001) at Deloitte Hyderabad, you will:
- Lead ISO 27001 implementation and sustenance projects for clients.
- Guide teams to assess client information security posture and mitigate risks.
- Implement controls in areas such as change management, incident management, access management, antivirus, backup, SLA monitoring, physical & environmental security, and media handling.
- Manage vendor risk assessments and deliver holistic client risk exposure reports.
- Conduct IT audits and cybersecurity assessments across infrastructure and applications.
- Advise clients on data privacy, DLP (data leakage prevention), IAM (identity and access management), and secure development lifecycle.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate team members while managing client relationships.
- Support business growth through proposal development and cross-service selling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Tier 1/2 institutions preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in ISMS, ISO 27001, IT risk management, and cybersecurity consulting.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301, ISO 31000
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, PMP, Prince2
- ITIL, CCSK, GSEC, GCIH, LPT, or eGRC tools like Archer/OpenPages
- Core Expertise: Cyber risk management, privacy compliance, vulnerability management, secure development lifecycle, IT risk frameworks (COBIT, ITIL).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
