Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – ISMS (ISO 27001) at Deloitte Hyderabad, you will:
- Support ISO 27001 implementation and compliance projects.
- Assess client information security posture and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement IT security controls in areas such as change management, incident response, backup, identity & access management, antivirus, and SLA monitoring.
- Conduct IT audits covering infrastructure and applications.
- Provide guidance on data privacy, data leakage prevention (DLP), and IAM (identity and access management).
- Manage multiple client projects and coordinate vendor risk assessments.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to training, and provide performance feedback.
- Support proposal development and identify opportunities for cross-service offerings.
- Build strong client relationships at senior management levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Tier 1/2 preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in information security, ISO 27001, IT risk management, and cybersecurity consulting.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301, ISO 31000
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, PMP, Prince2
- ITIL, CCSK, GSEC, GCIH, or eGRC tools (Archer, OpenPages)
- Core Skills: Vulnerability management, secure development lifecycle, IT risk frameworks (COBIT, ITIL), cyber threat assessments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
