Summary
Deloitte India is hiring a Consultant – ICT PMU (Project Management Unit) in Delhi for its Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions practice. This role is perfect for professionals with 4+ years of experience in IT consulting, e-Governance projects, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – ICT PMU at Deloitte Delhi, you will:
- Support day-to-day execution of large IT/e-Governance transformation programs under Project Director/Manager.
- Draft RFPs including scope, evaluation, payment terms, and technical/legal sections.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations, technology assessments, and scoping reports.
- Assist in bid management – pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bid evaluations.
- Review deliverables such as SRS, SDD, RTM, KT, and transition plans.
- Ensure contractual compliance and quality assurance of deliverables.
- Monitor project tracks – DC/DR, migration, infrastructure, and application development.
- Oversee SLA adherence and capacity-building initiatives.
- Provide status reports, documentation, and recommendations throughout project phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT/e-Governance consulting or large transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of project governance, RFP drafting, and bid management.
- Experience in technology assessments, project monitoring, and SLA management.
- Educational background: BE/BTech, MCA, or MBA.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale ICT initiatives.
